1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of nurturaguides.com and the purchase of any digital products sold by Nurtura. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital products All products sold by Nurtura are digital PDF guides delivered by email. No physical product will be shipped. You will receive a download link at the email address provided at checkout within seconds of purchase.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

4. Refund policy We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your guide for any reason, email nurturaparentguides@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be eligible. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

5. Intellectual property All Nurtura guides are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read and use the guide for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, or publish any part of any Nurtura guide without written permission from Nurtura.

6. Prohibited use You agree not to use our guides for any commercial purpose, redistribute them for free or for sale, or remove any copyright notices contained within them.
